Values-driven Impact
Our three-week Culture Catalyst program is an affordable initiative designed for underrepresented founders in the Seed to Series A stages of business development. We are committed to providing every founder with the tools and support they need to create workplaces where everyone belongs. Over the course of the program, participants will engage in interactive virtual sessions focused on discovering core values, crafting a culture that reflects those values, and implementing actionable strategies to nurture inclusive, innovative teams.
As an LGBT-certified and WMBE-certified company, we understand the unique challenges underrepresented founders face. Our program is designed to catalyze change by encouraging founders to infuse their personal values into their company cultures, creating environments that prioritize well-being, creativity, and inclusivity.
Through dynamic workshops and community-building, founders will not only define the essence of their company culture but also connect with a network of like-minded entrepreneurs.

Transitioning values into actionable culture strategies, we provide hands-on workshops to articulate and implement a culture that's not just diverse but deeply inclusive. Our focus is on creating an ecosystem where fun, innovation, and belonging are at the forefront, empowering teams to thrive.
Human-Centric Transformation
Our approach emphasizes your well-being as a founder and will guide you through actionable planning, equipping you with tailored tools and frameworks to bring the culture you envision to life. Our facilitated sessions and strategic action plans are designed not only to foster a culture of belonging but also to nurture an eventual workspace where every team member feels seen, valued, and integral to driving impactful growth and innovation.
